SBT – The Secular Buddhist Tradition is an international online community founded by Venerable Tenzin Tarpa. Dedicated to Secular Buddhism and the timeless wisdom of the Buddha, SBT is a community committed to kindness, wisdom, and personal development. We are a community of free-thinkers united by a shared path and common aim – awakening. All our work is completely free, including our online meditations, programs, events, study and practice texts, and our online WhatsApp community.
