Profile
Karma Thegsum Choling Dallas (KTC Dallas) is an affiliate center of Karma Triyana Dharmachakra (KTD). KTD is the North American seat of His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa, the head of the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. We are the home center of Lama Dudjom Dorjee Rinpoche.
About Lama Dorjee
Born to a nomadic family in eastern Tibet, Lama Dudjom Dorjee Rinpoche grew up as a refugee in India and received a distinguished Acharya degree from Sanskrit University in Varanasi. In 1981, at the request of the Sixteenth Gyalwang Karmapa, he came to the United States as a representative of the Karma Kagyu lineage. We are honored and delighted to make the teaching and spiritual guidance of Lama Dorjee available to the local and regional community.
